Still Glowing

Well, our Christmas eve service was awesome.  3,000 glow-sticks in a dark auditorium.  I heard the south campus had two fun and meaningful gatherings too.

I’m reading “Why is the Universe The Way it is” by Hugh Ross.  Here’s a quote:  Astronomers now know that the observable universe contains about 200 billion medium and large-sized galaxies and about a hundred times more dwarf galaxies.  It all adds up to about 50 billion, trillion stars.”  That’s five followed by 22 zeroes!  That’s a lot of stars.  Someone likes light. “In him was light, and the light was the light of mankind.”  John 1
